You stated that "the job isn't complete till the report's complete", and you are a man of your word. The
report is well written and thorough. And it's also written in a "language" that that the
average home buyer can understand. I've read reports that have had too much "inspector/contractor" lingo,
at times making it difficult for the home buyer (the client) to make educated decisions in what to take of first and what
